Lake Hamilton's The Mill Exceeds Expectations

If you're brave enough to put on the brakes and pull off of manic U.S. 27, you'll be amply rewarded for your trouble, if your destination is The Mill at Lake Hamilton.
The boxy, warehouse configuration has the look of a Key West gift shop. But the food here is anything but typical tourist fare.

The Mill (formerly the Giftmill) is under new ownership. The standards of food and service, that The Mill was once famous, for are back under the expert guidance of Patrick who has come back to ensure that the standards are raised in the restaurant.
The new owners are from England and have brought with them some British dishes such as - Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, Bangers and Mash, Shepherd’s Pie, Toad in the Hole, Fish Chips 'an' Mushy Peas, that will feature at various times on the menus. |

The restaurant serves Lunch and Dinner and retains many of the old favourites, the Bread Bowls, soups, salads and burgers at lunch time.
In the evening the mood changes and we offer a great range of entrees as well as the best steaks and burgers in the area.
All meals are cooked to your order, using the freshest of ingredients, we are not a fast food restaurant, so please relax & enjoy your eating experience here.
Lunch 11.00am till 4.00pm and Dinner from 4.00pm till 8.00pm, (9.00 Friday & Saturday in the winter months), look out for our daily dinner specials served from 4.00pm.
We have just introduced an 'Early Bird $6.50 Menu' served from 4.00 till 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 6 great menu options and you can add our Signature 7 Grain Bread
